Independent Living Life Skills Breaks

We are pleased to introduce Independent Living – Life Skills Breaks at Netherurd Garden House, a carefully designed residential programme by Supporting Positive Paths Cic to help individuals build their confidence and practical skills needed to live independently.

These breaks provide a supportive environment where participants develop everyday life skills such as preparing meals, maintaining a home, organising daily routines, and building confidence in shared living.

For some, the goal is to become more independent in their own home. For others, it can be a stepping stone towards living independently with a friendship group, supported by their care provider.

The programme is designed to be practical, relaxed and empowering. Participants learn by doing.

Developing skills in a comfortable and welcoming setting with the time and space to grow in confidence.

Based on a 10 night residential stay split over 3 months.

If you are interested in the programme, please complete the enquiry form below. In many cases, we may be able to help explore funding opportunities for both the course and accommodation. We work with families, care providers and local authorities.
